Vindval

Vindval is a knowledge program of research into wind power's impact on people, nature and the environment. The program is a collaboration between the Swedish Energy Agency and the Environmental Protection Agency.
Research in Vindval conducted primarily in four areas: the interests of people, birds and bats, marine life and mammals on land. The "Wind power in society" includes a project as well as a small study. In Vindval included some 30 research projects and four synthesis projects. The results can be used as a basis for environmental impact assessments as well as in the planning and approval processes before the wind power projects.

Marine and Wind Energy Environmental Documents

Tethys is a knowledge hub that contains documents on the environmental effects of wind and marine energy. The table below contains all of the documents in the Tethys Knowledge Base associated with Vindval.
