Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media

The Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media (HMTMH) is one of the most prestigious arts and academic universities in Germany. Around 400 faculty members – including numerous internationally renowned figures from the arts, education, and academia – are dedicated to the education of over 1,500 students from around the world. The balance between music, drama, pedagogy, and scholarship, as well as the commitment to excellence in both advanced and general education, form the core of its mission. To this end, the HMTMH offers a diverse range of 33 degree programs, complemented by numerous masterclasses. Interdisciplinary work is fostered in almost all areas through collaborative artistic and academic projects.
