Location of Research

Key Findings

After the preliminary study of the environmental background of the DanWEC site, the available data on the benthonic community collected in the area of the Port of Hanstholm have been analysed. No seasonality effect has been assessed in the available biomass data series whereas a bathymetry effect was detected (i.e. the deepest station has a lower biomass value).
