Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, LLC (Atlantic Shores) is a 50:50 joint venture partnership between Shell New Energies US LLC and EDF-RE Offshore Development, LLC (a subsidiary of EDF Renewables North America). They are developing a portfolio of wind farms off the coast of New Jersey and New York that will be a major source of clean, affordable energy for the state and region; this includes a 1.5 GW project off the coast of Atlantic City that will power 700,000 homes by 2027 and 2028.
