In addition to the above, information to inform an appropriate assessment on relevant species under The Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Regulations 1994, as amended, and the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010 will be provided for the Competent Authority in a separate document titled Report to Inform an Appropriate Assessment.
