IDETA
Founded in 1991, the Territorial Development Agency IDETA fulfills a mission of general interest on behalf of its 25 associated municipalities, businesses and citizens of Picardy Wallonia.
IDETA offers real estate solutions adapted to the needs of businesses and investors as well as targeted and personalized support for the establishment and deployment of their projects.
The intermunicipal association supports municipalities in their territorial planning, urban revitalization and rural development projects to improve the quality of life of their inhabitants and the attractiveness of Picardy Wallonia. Thanks to its partnership with the Maison du Tourisme de Wallonie Picarde, IDETA is developing the economic potential of tourism in the region by promoting its heritage and landscapes.
As a responsible economic actor, IDETA has placed the production of renewable energies at the heart of its priorities, in order to succeed in the territory's energy transition and significantly reduce CO2 emissions. It offers municipalities and other local stakeholders technical and financial expertise in the energy sector. The management of energy participations allows it to guarantee a recurring and sustainable return on investment for municipalities and their residents.
IDETA manages the Les Blancs Arbres crematorium (Frasnes-lez-Anvaing) and the network of Bébé Boulot crèches installed in the heart of the region's economic activity parks. These infrastructures offer a human and qualitative response to the needs of the citizens of Picardy Wallonia.
IDETA's strategy is in line with the Picardy Wallonia Territory Project 2040. Supported by the Picardy Wallonia Development Council, it constitutes our roadmap for coherent and concrete actions in the service of a strong, sustainable and sustainable Picardy Wallonia. radiant.
