The results of these reviews were documented in [2] and [3]. Although IMARES agreed with many of the TNO comments and carefully updated the report accordingly, one particular issue remained unsolved. Therefore, Rijkswaterstaat requested TNO to write a brief report that summarizes and clarifies this remaining issue. This report is the result.
