AB - The company Parc du Banc de Guérande (PBG) was, during the first offshore wind call for tenders, awarded the site off the coast of Saint-Nazaire for the development and operation of an offshore wind farm. 80 wind turbines for a power of 480 MW (Figure 1).Since March 17, 2016, the company Parc du Banc de Guérande (PBG) has benefited from an order authorizing, under article L214-3 of the environmental code, the development and operation of a wind farm at sea off Saint-Nazaire. Article 2.5 of this decree describes the monitoring of the effects of the project on the environment. This monitoring concerns several compartments and must be carried out according to the BACI principle before and during the installation work of the wind project, then during the operation phase of the project.

Abstract

The company Parc du Banc de Guérande (PBG) was, during the first offshore wind call for tenders, awarded the site off the coast of Saint-Nazaire for the development and operation of an offshore wind farm. 80 wind turbines for a power of 480 MW (Figure 1).

Since March 17, 2016, the company Parc du Banc de Guérande (PBG) has benefited from an order authorizing, under article L214-3 of the environmental code, the development and operation of a wind farm at sea off Saint-Nazaire. Article 2.5 of this decree describes the monitoring of the effects of the project on the environment. This monitoring concerns several compartments and must be carried out according to the BACI principle before and during the installation work of the wind project, then during the operation phase of the project.
