Abstract

This report estimates the level of pre-development Rhode Island-based fishing operations intersecting with, and landings and landed value from, the overlap of the SouthCoast Wind Brayton Point Export Cable Area (ECA) (Figure 1) and the 2011 and 2018 Rhode Island Geographic Location Description areas (GLDs).
