Abstract
This Progress Report is prepared in accordance with Section 3.1 of the Lease OCS-A 0537, which requires that Bluepoint Wind, LLC (Bluepoint Wind) submit a semi-annual progress report (Progress Report) to the U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) every six months from the date of the Lease effective date by BOEM (May 1, 2022), through the approval of a Construction and Operations Plan (COP). This report covers the period from November 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024 (Reporting Period). The purpose of this Progress Report is to document Bluepoint Wind’s overall progress and engagement activities undertaken with Tribes, mariners, parties, and stakeholders over the prior 6-month period. A list of Tribes/Tribal Nations, mariners, parties, and stakeholders that may be potentially affected by the Project activities are provided in Appendix A: Tribes and Other Parties Relevant to the Project. Relevant contact information is provided in Appendix B: Lessee and Liaison Contact Information, and Bluepoint Wind’s Communication Plans can be found in Appendix C: Communications Plans.
Each Progress Report will be updated with Bluepoint Wind’s progress and engagement activities completed during the reporting period and plans for continued engagement.
