AB - This Progress Report is prepared in accordance with Section 3.1 of the Lease OCS-A 0537, which requires that Bluepoint Wind, LLC (Bluepoint Wind) submit a semi-annual progress report (Progress Report) to the U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) every six months from the date of the lease effective date by BOEM (May 1, 2022), through the approval of a Construction and Operations Plan (COP). This report covers the period from May 1, 2023, to October 31, 2023 (Reporting Period). The purpose of this Progress Report is to document overall Bluepoint Wind’s progress and engagement activities undertaken with Tribes, parties, and stakeholders over the prior 6-month period.

Abstract
