The study provides a comprehensive review of both positive and negative effects on the marine environment, alongside mitigation strategies proposed by researchers and industry stakeholders. It emphasizes the importance of innovative engineering, robust policy frameworks, and eco-friendly practices in addressing eco-logical challenges. The findings aim to inform sustainable offshore wind energy development, highlighting the need for interdisciplinary approaches to balance energy production with marine environmental preservation.
