Aanvullende analyse van de dataset van de boxcore bemonstering van 2011 binnen het OWEZ windpark en in de 6 referentiegebieden met relevante co-variabelen
Met de dataset bestaande uit gegevens van de boxcore bemonstering van 2011 zijn nieuwe analyses uitgevoerd in PRIMER/Permanova (Anderson et al., 2008) om de volgende vragen t.a.v. een aantal co-variabelen (mediane korregrootte, % mud, diepte, afstand tot de kust, en uit VMS geschatte visserijdruk in de periode 2006-2011) te beantwoorden:
1.Is er een significante relatie tussen de fauna compositie en de co-variabelen?
2.Welke (combinatie van) co-variabelen verklaren het best de variatie in de gevonden faunacompositie? Hoe sterk is de correlatie? Significantie?
3.Welk percentage van de variatie wordt door de betreffende co-variabelen bepaaid?
4.Kan bij statistisch toetsen op de eventuele verschillen tussen de faunacompositie in OWEZ en in de referentiegebieden verantwoord gecorrigeerd worden voor de co-variabelen?

Additional analysis of the 2011 box core sampling dataset within the OWEZ wind farm and in the 6 reference areas with relevant covariates
Using the 2011 box core sampling dataset, new analyses were performed in PRIMER/Permanova (Anderson et al., 2008) to answer the following questions regarding a number of covariates (median core size, % mud, depth, distance to shore, and fishing pressure estimated from VMS during the period 2006-2011):
1.Is there a significant relationship between the fauna composition and the covariates?
2.Which (combination of) covariates best explains the variation in the fauna composition found? How strong is the correlation? Is it significant?
3.What percentage of the variation is determined by the covariates in question?
4.When statistically testing for any differences between the fauna composition in the OWEZ and in the reference areas, can a justifiable correction be made for the covariates?
