Makah Tribe

The Makah tribe is a Native American tribe federally recognized and located on the northwestern tip of the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state, in and around Neah Bay. They have a rich history tied to the sea and are the only Native American tribe with a guaranteed treaty right to hunt whales.
