The Bird Communications Specialist Committee was formed in December 2024 by Offshore Wind Environmental Technical Working Group (E-TWG) to develop communications materials to aid in the dissemination of current, accurate, and readily understandable science-based information around the potential effects and impacts to birds from offshore wind development.
