Abstract

Subject to the conditions outlined in this document, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) approves US Wind, Inc. (Lessee) to conduct activities under the Construction and Operations Plan (COP)1 for the Maryland Offshore Wind Project (Project) in Lease Area OCS-A 0490. The Department of the Interior (DOI) reserves the right to amend these conditions or impose additional conditions authorized by law or regulation on any future approvals of COP revisions.
