UMT (Unité Mixte Technologique)
UMT (Mixed Technological Unit) is a grouping of research and innovation actors oriented towards operational purposes for agricultural sectors around a label granted by the Ministry in charge of Agriculture.
Since 2010, the UMT PrADE (Protection of Bees in the Environment) has brought together technical and development institutes, as well as public research units, to:1/ translate scientific knowledge into useful solutions for the beekeeping sector 2/ resolve problems encountered in the field by beekeepers via a multidisciplinary scientific approach.
