Abstract
This document is the environmental scoping report for the Morlais Project (the Project) which seeks to establish Anglesey as a marine energy hub whilst adding value to the local community and economy. The Project will be in the West Anglesey Demonstration Zone (WADZ) agreement for lease (AfL) area. The aim of this scoping report is to communicate initial project information, identify data gaps and determine the potential environmental constraints and benefits associated with the construction, installation and operation of the project. This report represents the first key stage in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process and will ensure that stakeholders are aware and informed of the scheme.
