Formed by the union of two mutual insurance associations—Alte Leipziger and Hallesche—it offers life, health, and property insurance, as well as investment funds and mortgages.
Alte Leipziger-Hallesche is a minority shareholder in the Gemini Wind Park, holding a 10% stake.
