OCEANS is the flagship conference of the Marine Technology Society (MTS) and the IEEE Oceanic Engineering Society (OES). The theme of the conference, "Our Future is with Oceans", reflects our growing understanding of the importance on sustainable oceans, and our dedication on making oceans sustainable, which is certainly necessary for building a better future.
