Oliver Stover is a principal in CRA’s Energy Practice with over 10 years of experience in modeling and risk management within the energy domain. He specializes in resource adequacy, risk analysis, forecasting, and applying AI techniques to energy challenges. Dr. Stover holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
