Compensating the Impacts of Offshore Wind Energy on Birds

The International Energy Agency (IEA) Wind Task 34, Working Together to Resolve Environmental Effects of Wind Energy (WREN), hosted a webinar, Compensating the Impacts of Offshore Wind Energy on Birds, on 16 May 2023 from 11:00am-12:00pm EDT (3:00-4:00pm UTC). The webinar provided an overview of the mitigation hierarchy, and discuss compensation measures from the United Kingdom and the United States.
