Abstract
In the run-up to UNOC 2025, this guide serves as a practical roadmap for accelerating blue economy innovation. It introduces five thematic chapters, each addressing a critical ocean sustainability challenge, and one cross-cutting chapter on financing and investment. By combining relevant data from the recent report and sources with success stories of innovation and investment, the guide aims to inspire stakeholders – policymakers, investors, businesses and civil society – to champion and scale Efficient ocean Solutions. Together, these insights reinforce the economic rationale for protecting our ocean.
