Queensland Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

The Queensland Environmental Protection Agency is now known as the Department of Environment and Heritage Protection.
The department aims to be the most responsive and respected environment and heritage protection agency in Australia, and is responsible for managing the health of the environment to protect Queensland’s unique ecosystems, including its landscapes and waterways, as well as its native plants and animals and biodiversity.
