Duncan is an experienced and multitalented submarine cable expert, having started his cable career over 20 years ago as an ROV Supervisor and cable jointer within the communications cable industry. Over the most recent decade, Duncan has broadened his areas of expertise to include submarine power cables for the Offshore Wind and Power Transmission Industries. Having worked for submarine power cable installers, manufacturers, engineering consultants, as well as elsewhere within the supply chain, Duncan has clear vision throughout many cable market sectors, and he broadens Tetra Tech’s already strong capabilities.
