About the Speaker: Annika Mathiasson, Deputy Country Director for the Americas, PEAK Wind

Annika Mathiasson is a Lead Consultant and Deputy Country Director for the Americas at PEAK Wind, based in Boston. She specializes in offshore wind operations preparation, operations and maintenance (O&M) strategy, and offshore wind logistics. Annika has worked for more than 12 years across the offshore wind project lifecycle in Europe and North America, supporting developers and owners in preparing projects for safe, efficient, and long term operations. In the U.S., she has served as an O&M Package Manager and has supported projects transitioning from development into operations, including work on logistics concepts, supplier engagement, and operational readiness.
