International Energy Agency (IEA) Wind Tasks 59 (WREN) and 60 (CYCLEWIND) are hosting a joint webinar, “Incorporating Biodiversity Metrics into Lifecycle Impact Assessments (LCIA) for wind energy projects”, on 27 March 2026 from 9:00-10:00am EDT (2:00-3:00pm UTC). The webinar is intended for a broad audience with speakers from both Tasks highlighting the purpose and use of LCIAs, data requirements, models used for analyses, knowledge gaps, and next steps.
