Clean Power on the Hill gives ACP (American Clean Power) members and others who want to help advance clean energy in America the opportunity visit Washington, D.C. and tell the clean power story in personal meetings with Members of Congress and their staff.
During this two-day event attendees have the opportunity to:
- Participate in an expert-led advocacy training on the most effective techniques for conducting meetings on the Hill and fostering lasting relationships with elected officials and their staff.
- Put training into practice during in-person meetings with elected officials and their staff.
- Understand how federal policies affect the future of U.S. clean power development.
- Network with colleagues in the industry and congressional staff at a reception on Capitol Hill and become empowered to make this event the springboard for continued advocacy efforts.
