Section 2 provides an introduction to the field of site characterisation for tidal energy sites. Section 3 reports on the analysis conducted from site measurements for the EMEC Fall of Warness test site specifically. Section 4 discusses the integration and operation of sensor systems and outlines lessons-learned and recommendations for future site surveys.
