Testing Expertise and Access for Marine Energy Research (TEAMER) invites you to an upcoming webinar hosted by TEAMER Network Facility, Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) Water Power Program Team. On September 24 at 2 p.m. Eastern, their team will introduce a new initiative to provide technical support for fabricating water power technologies using advanced manufacturing and materials (AMM): the Water Power – Technical Collaboration Program (WP-TCP).
Sponsored by the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Water Power Technologies Office (WPTO), the WP-TCP enables technology developers to reduce technical and financial risks, enhance performance, and improve cost effectiveness through collaboration with ORNL’s Manufacturing Demonstration Facility (MDF). Each project may receive up to $240,000 in support over 6-18 months.
Webinar organizers include Jiyong Lee, Bob Slattery, Scott DeNeale, and Lora Davis, PMP.
