This webinar is the second in a series cohosted by RWSC and ROSA for the research community, funders of Atlantic offshore research, as well as interested members of the public to learn of new, recently-funded offshore research and monitoring.
The purpose of this webinar is to hear from project teams launching research under three different themes: eDNA, whales and oceanography, and fisheries engagement. The projects within each theme have a high probability of coordination or collaboration with one another due to: 1) similar methods being employed, with possibly shareable lessons learned; 2) study of similar processes or concepts; 3) production of data that could be used across projects; 4) use of the same or similar study area.
Investigators conducting research on related themes are invited to attend and consider if any of these new projects could benefit from lessons learned, existing data, or collaboration in general with their team.
