The 1st SPEC was held from November 29th to December 2nd, 2015, along with the 13th Brazilian Power Electronics Conference – 13th COBEP, and was expected to be attended by professionals from industry and academy of several Countries, notably countries of the Southern Hemisphere of the Earth.
