AB - In October of 2002, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, EPRI held a conference on avian interactions with wind power structures. Previous EPRI conferences on this same topic have focused on various aspects of the topic; the focus areas in 2002 were 1) assessing the state of knowledge with respect to avian interactions with wind powered generation facilities, and 2) providing a context for future research and development efforts. This report is an abbreviated version of the complete proceedings, which will be posted during April 2003, for download from websites of EPRI (www.epri.com) and the National Wind Coordinating Committee (https://www.nationalwind.org/).
