AB - The present deliverable analyses the list of national Spanish and Portuguese key stakeholders contacts that has been identified and classified. The stakeholders’ database includes project developers and promoters (license applicants and specialist consultants), policy makers and regulators, consenting and surveying service providers (including technology providers, Environment Impact assessment practitioners, consenting and surveying consultants), energy companies, academic experts (both in science and policy) and representatives of appropriate lobby and pressure groups. This information will be used in the context of the Work Package 4 for the early engagement with national regulators, developers (including those involved as partners and in charge of the projects under study herein) and wider marine users in the project. This task is essential for the understanding of the real barriers that survey requirements and consenting presents to marine renewable energy development. The Deliverable is divided in three sections. Section one and two describes the list of stakeholders by group, roles and sector in Spain and Portugal respectively. Section three shows the same information but with merged data between Spain and Portugal.
