Life-cycle costing is a method for the cradle-to-grave assessment of these technologies and also a way to minimize environmental impacts throughout the wave converter’s supply chain. Hence, several case studies, from Walker and Howell to Parker et al., Thomson et al., and Hans. Chr Sørensen et al., were considered and assessed based on carbon and energy intensity in this research.
