AB - South Fork Wind, LLC’s (Lessee’s or SFW’s) approval to conduct activities under the Construction and Operations Plan (COP) for the South Fork Wind Farm Project (Project) is subject to the conditions described in this document. The Department of the Interior (DOI) reserves the right to amend these conditions or impose additional conditions authorized by law or regulation on any future approvals of COP revisions.The Lessee must maintain a full copy of these terms and conditions on every Project-related vessel and is responsible for the implementation of, or the failure to implement, each of these terms and conditions by the Lessee’s contractors, consultants, operators, or designees.
