AB - This report presents methods, data, observations, results, and conclusions from real-time environmental monitoring surveys conducted in and around the Block Island Wind Farm (BIWF) Project Area (Figure 1) during wind turbine operations. Visual observations of the operating turbines, airborne noise monitoring, and underwater sound monitoring were performed. The monitoring was conducted under the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management’s (BOEM’s) Real-Time Opportunity for Development Environmental Observations (RODEO) Program.
