Short Science Summary: Physical Systems

 

The marine environment comprises physical processes such as tidal circulation and flushing, freshwater input from rivers and streams, heating at the air-surface interface, and the mixing and exchange of sediments, nutrients, and contaminants. This summary represents a general overview of the research, produced by Annex IV under Ocean Energy Systems. The table below contains the literature relevant to physical systems and marine renewable energy and will continue to be updated as new literature is added to Tethys.
